Chapter 01

Identity and civil documents

Passport bio page (colour scan, both sides of last page for spouse where applicable), all previous passports if you've travelled internationally, birth certificate (municipal certificate acceptable), marriage certificate if adding a spouse and legal name change documents where relevant.

Educational documents

SSC (10th) and HSC (12th) mark sheets and passing certificates, bachelor's degree convocation certificate and consolidated mark-sheet, PG degree if applicable, transcripts sealed by the university for ECA courier, and MOI (Medium of Instruction) letter for English-medium study waivers where relevant.

Professional documents

Detailed CV with month-precise dates, all offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters and experience letters from every employer, current employment letter with role, main duties (matching NOC lead statement), hours per week and gross salary, salary slips for last 6-12 months, Form 26AS, ITRs for last 3 years, and Provident Fund passbook or Universal Account Number statement.

Language and credential documents

IELTS General Training / CELPIP-General TRF (Test Report Form), TEF Canada / TCF Canada Attestation for French claims, Educational Credential Assessment report (WES / IQAS / ICAS / CES), and any professional certifications (CPA, CA, PMP, AWS, Cisco) with verification letters.

Chapter 05

Funds and settlement documents

6-month bank statements (savings, salary, fixed deposits), CA-certified net worth statement, gift-deed and sponsor bank statements if using family funds, property valuation and MoU if pledging property, and mutual fund and share portfolio valuation.

Chapter 06

Character and health

Police Clearance Certificate from every country you've lived in for 6+ months since age 18 (India PCC from passport office or state police), and upfront medical examination from an IRCC panel physician valid for 12 months.
