The trigger was personal. A close family friend — a talented software engineer from Pune — had lost ₹4.2 lakh and eighteen months of his life to a "visa agent" who filed his Canada Express Entry profile with the wrong NOC code and disappeared when the refusal arrived. We looked at that refusal letter and decided the industry needed someone who would sit across the table, look you in the eye, and tell you the truth about your profile — before taking a single rupee.
