Is PTE easier than IELTS?+
For most Indian test-takers, yes — because there's no human bias, no accent worry, and predictable algorithmic scoring. If you can master templates, PTE 79 is faster to reach than IELTS 8.
Is PTE accepted for Canada PR?+
Yes — since 30 January 2024, PTE Core is accepted for Express Entry and PNP. PTE Academic is accepted for SDS student visas from July 2023.
How is PTE scored?+
1 to 90 scale, algorithm-based. Communicative skills (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) + 6 enabling skills (Pronunciation, Oral Fluency, Grammar, Vocabulary, Spelling, Written Discourse).
Can I retake PTE quickly?+
Yes — you can retake as many times as you want, once every 5 days. Results are valid for 2 years.
